Experience
6+ years of clinical experience in cardiac and vascular ultrasound

Requirements

  • 6+ years of clinical experience in cardiac and vascular ultrasound, with demonstrated expertise in advanced cardiovascular applications and workflow.
  • Willingness to travel up to 90% a week as needed.
  • Live within 1 hour of an international airport.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6+ years in ECHO and vascular ultrasound experience.
  • Registered sonography credential such as RDCS, RVT, RCS, or equivalent cardiovascular ultrasound certification, preferred or required based on business standards.
  • Strong understanding of clinical education, application training, customer onboarding, and workflow optimization.
  • Ability to deliver complex clinical and technical information to customers, sales teams, clinical specialists, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting ultrasound product demonstrations, customer evaluations, competitive positioning, or strategic commercial opportunities.
  • Ability to collaborate across commercial, clinical, product, service, and education teams.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced clinical knowledge of cardiovascular ultrasound systems, applications, and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary cardiac and vascular ultrasound clinical expert for the General Imaging organization.
  • Partner with commercial teams on strategic sales opportunities, competitive displacement efforts, and cardiovascular demonstrations.
  • Demonstrate advanced ultrasound applications, workflow benefits, product capabilities, and differentiating technologies during customer evaluations.
  • Support advanced customer installations, onboarding, application utilization, and workflow optimization.
  • Act as an escalation resource for complex clinical questions, customer concerns, and specialized application support.
  • Develop and deliver internal education, training resources, and clinical tools.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Education, Sales, Service, and clinical teams on training priorities, customer needs, product feedback, and market intelligence.
  • Support adoption of new products, advanced imaging features, and cardiovascular workflow enhancements through clinical education and field readiness.
  • Build relationships with clinical stakeholders and thought leaders to support best practices, protocol optimization, and customer success.
  • Capture and communicate field insights, competitive feedback, customer needs, and clinical workflow challenges.
