Requirements
- Have successful experience in a Solutions Strategy, Technical Marketing, Marketing/Revenue Technology, or Marketing/Revenue Operations role; agency experience is a plus.
- Have previous agency experience in a client-facing role.
- Bring advanced experience with HubSpot, including Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, CMS Hub, Operations Hub, and Commerce Hub.
- Be able to manage multiple client engagements and projects, including budgets, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Have strong technical writing and documentation skills for client-facing deliverables.
- Have advanced understanding of or direct experience with Google Analytics, Databox, and similar analytics tools.
- Have advanced understanding of or direct experience with Google Tag Manager.
- Bring knowledge of marketing and sales automation, business intelligence, and data enrichment tools.
- Have advanced experience with SEM/SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Yoast.
- Have experience architecting and building scalable marketing, sales, and service operations systems using HubSpot.
- Have hands-on experience with other marketing automation tools such as Eloqua or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and with marketing, sales, or customer success operations tools such as Intercom, Drift, or Zendesk.
- Be proficient with iPaaS software such as Zapier and middleware; experience with data visualization platforms and conversational chatbot flows is also relevant.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the Solutions Team offerings, including data migration, portal strategy, and HubSpot onboarding across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and other relevant Hubs.
- Lead processes and workshops to design and optimize HubSpot CRM setups, mappings, data strategy, workflows, and lead flow.
- Map sales processes and data management requirements for new CRM infrastructure.
- Translate between technically oriented marketers and software developers on internal and client teams.
- Contribute technical expertise to client calls and create supporting documentation and processes for technology configurations, customizations, and functionality.
- Estimate work accurately and deliver tasks on time, within timelines and budgets.
- Identify opportunities to improve team processes and implement solutions that streamline work.
- Train team members on onboarding, data migration, and portal strategy offerings and support their delivery work.
- Work with development teams to connect existing systems to HubSpot, create standard ERDs, recommend systems setups, and troubleshoot integration and data problems.
- Support sales and upsell opportunities by advising prospects, recommending services and tiers, contributing SOW language, and using the pricing calculator.
