Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and address their needs.
- Connect with families virtually to provide family protection packages.
- Coach and mentor sales team members.
- Organize and deliver training sessions.
- Oversee client interactions to maintain high service standards.
- Support the implementation of sales strategies.
- Collaborate on process improvements.
- Conduct pipeline reviews in a virtual office setting.
- Work with recruitment and onboarding efforts to build a sales team.
