Responsibilities
- Partner with the Team Leader to implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Mentor team members by delivering training across payroll, phone systems, and professional development.
- Monitor phone activity to support responsive, high-quality customer service.
- Lead training initiatives and support change management across the team.
- Generate performance reports and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Assist with scheduling, time-off requests, and workload distribution.
- Represent the business professionally in client meetings when required.
- Leverage knowledge of clients and brand to enhance service delivery.
