Requirements
- Bring 10+ years leading product organizations within large-scale ad platforms, enterprise SaaS, or monetization systems.
- Have 4+ years directly managing and scaling Product Manager teams of 10 or more.
- Demonstrate a track record of attracting, developing, and retaining Product Manager talent.
- Apply intuition for LLMs, generative AI, and ML optimization models to complex enterprise workflows.
- Align engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market leaders around a platform strategy.
- A CS degree, engineering background, or equivalent deep technical grounding in distributed ad-serving platforms or APIs is preferred.
- Experience scaling ad tech platforms through major growth inflection points is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and evangelize a three-year product roadmap for the Advertiser Platform.
- Evolve campaign management tools into an AI-driven Ads Platform using autonomous workflow tools, ML recommendations, and campaign orchestration.
- Own the global advertiser lifecycle, including business identity dashboards, verification, campaign management, creative tools, and performance and attribution reporting.
- Manage, develop, and scale a Product Manager organization of 10 or more.
- Set the strategic vision for Reddit’s Ads API and Business Suite for agency partners and enterprise developers.
- Drive product strategy for international expansion, localized enterprise tools, and agency-grade features.
