Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
- Have owned SaaS products from discovery through delivery.
- Demonstrate a track record of leading initiatives end-to-end, from discovery to launch and adoption.
- Have experience working with software engineers, product designers, and business stakeholders.
- Have strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Balance competing priorities and short- and long-term goals.
- Learn complex business domains and translate them into scalable product solutions.
- Analyze operational workflows and convert business needs into software requirements.
- Have advanced English.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery to identify user problems and opportunities using data and research.
- Translate insights into product opportunities and prioritize effectively.
- Manage and maintain the backlog and roadmap using structured prioritization frameworks.
- Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze complex business workflows and identify product improvement opportunities.
- Own medium-to-large product areas and strategic initiatives.
- Lead customer and stakeholder conversations to validate assumptions and solutions.
- Collaborate on testing, launch planning, documentation, and release validation.
- Track post-release outcomes to validate impact and identify next steps.
- Develop expertise in healthcare credentialing, compliance, and provider lifecycle management.
