Have experience selling Data Science or AI/GenAI-based solutions.
Have at least 3–5 years of experience in external or internal consulting.
Have experience collaborating effectively with clients and building client relationships.
Be able to analyze client needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.
Have practical experience creating solutions based on generative AI technology.
Understand AI agentic tools and their practical applications.
Be proficient in using current AI tools and technologies.
Communicate fluently in Polish and English.
Be able to work in a team, support colleagues, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.

Analyze client needs in AI and coordinate activities related to preparing proposals.
Build and maintain client relationships.
Translate business value into concrete AI solutions.
Select and recommend suitable tools and technologies for AI projects.
Prepare collaboration proposals for clients.
Design and develop GenAI-based solutions.
Create stable AI solutions ready for production-scale deployment.
Implement agentic AI tool concepts in projects.
