Requirements
- Hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business, Economics or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Have extensive experience in AI, data or digital transformation, including senior or leadership roles in consulting or industry.
- Demonstrate a track record of defining AI strategies and taking initiatives from idea to measurable business impact.
- Understand modern AI, including machine learning, Generative AI, LLMs and Agentic AI, with enough technical depth to assess feasibility and challenge architects.
- Have experience building or leading AI Centers of Excellence, AI programs or transformation initiatives.
- Be able to influence and align C-level executives, business leaders and technical teams.
- Have experience leading workshops and facilitating strategic discussions.
- Have excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills in English; German is a plus.
- Be willing to travel for client workshops, onboarding and on-site engagements.
Responsibilities
- Advise C-level and senior stakeholders on using AI to create measurable business value.
- Define and own AI strategies and roadmaps, including vision, prioritization, investment cases and expected ROI.
- Identify, assess and prioritize AI opportunities across business functions.
- Build and scale AI Centers of Excellence, operating models and capability-building programs.
- Translate business goals into AI initiatives and work with solution architects and delivery teams to bring them to production.
- Monitor Generative AI, Agentic AI and LLM trends and assess their strategic impact on clients.
- Drive AI adoption and change management through training, communication and AI literacy initiatives.
- Shape proposals and discovery engagements and develop long-term client relationships.
