Requirements
- Have 2–4 years of relevant commercial experience for Junior, 4–7 years for Mid-Level, or 7+ years for Senior.
- Bring programming experience in C++, Python and/or PySpark appropriate to the role level.
- Have experience with or knowledge of PySpark or Apache Spark.
- Understand software engineering fundamentals.
- For Mid-Level roles, have experience delivering production-quality software, data or AI/ML solutions.
- For Mid-Level roles, have experience with large-scale data and distributed processing.
- For Senior roles, have experience designing and delivering complex production systems.
- For Senior roles, understand software engineering, distributed systems, data processing and/or AI/ML.
- For Senior roles, have experience with technical architecture and solution design.
- For Senior roles, have technical leadership and mentoring experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and optimize AI and data solutions using C++, Python and PySpark.
- Build scalable data-processing pipelines using Apache Spark and PySpark.
- Develop and maintain production-quality software and AI/ML solutions.
- Work with large and complex datasets.
- Contribute to technical design and solution architecture.
- Optimize applications and data pipelines for performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists and technical stakeholders.
- Integrate AI/ML solutions into production environments.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior and mid-level engineers in senior positions.
