Requirements

  • Hold a university degree in Natural Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
  • Have 8+ years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles in oncology.
  • Bring experience leading product launches and product management.
  • Have experience in omnichannel management and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Have experience working within international and/or European Marketing organizations.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of modern digital and data-driven marketing models.
  • Bring communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills for complex cross-functional environments.
  • Be able to prioritize competing demands and deliver against tight timelines.
  • Be willing to travel within Austria and Europe as needed.
  • Be highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

  • Set the commercial launch strategy for Austria, translating European strategies into locally relevant approaches.
  • Coordinate launch readiness across Marketing, Field Force, Strategic Planning and Operations, Medical Affairs, and Market Access.
  • Develop, adapt, deliver, and ensure compliance of promotional materials and sales campaigns in Austria.
  • Set the strategic direction for the product and brand portfolio and connect brand, product, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Oversee end-to-end customer experience across the Oncology portfolio and support consistent, data-driven engagement across channels.
  • Develop the Customer Engagement model with the Field Force and other customer-facing functions.
  • Work with the Commercial Director and Senior Oncology Account Managers to support consistent market execution and field-force feedback.
  • Engage HCPs and KOLs to gather insights, validate commercial plans, and optimize marketing activities.
  • Align local execution with European Marketing and Omnichannel strategy and contribute to European initiatives.
  • Advance data-driven, technology-enabled marketing and evaluate emerging technologies for customer engagement and commercial impact.
