Requirements
- Have strong familiarity with the full machine learning research cycle.
- Have strong software engineering fundamentals.
- Have strong knowledge of Python and its machine learning frameworks.
- Have experience with the full lifecycle of AI model development.
- Have experience with machine learning infrastructure frameworks and tools.
- Have experience developing new machine learning methods, algorithms, and models.
- Have experience with GPUs or TPUs and distributed training.
- Have experience scaling models and training regimes.
- Know classical machine learning methods and algorithms.
- Know deep learning techniques.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to ideation, design, implementation, and evaluation of machine learning models.
- Work across the full lifecycle of models intended for real-world deployment.
- Develop novel architectures and training methods to improve model evaluation performance.
- Establish evaluation protocols.
- Implement methods for efficient model training and inference.
- Improve research code to support rapid development and testing of ideas.
