Requirements
- Have designed complex B2B or SaaS products with dense data, multi-step workflows, and expert users.
- Have shipped AI and agent experiences beyond chat, including human-in-the-loop review and traceable agent reasoning.
- Prototype in code and put working prototypes in front of users.
- Run user interviews, write clear specifications, and prioritize product work.
- Work directly with engineers.
- Be fluent in German and English.
- Experience with 3D, CAD, PLM, or other engineering software is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Design how engineers brief, steer, and review AI agents that generate and modify 3D designs.
- Make agent work inspectable in 3D using viewers, cuts, measurements, and 2D drawings.
- Show what an agent changed and why.
- Develop a coherent design system with frontend engineers.
- Run research loops with engineers at automotive and industrial customers.
- Turn customer research into roadmap plans, specifications, and shipped features.
- Own product design end-to-end and share product management responsibilities with the founders.
