Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of product design experience.
- Have experience building and shipping consumer or B2B products end to end.
- Have experience creating design systems, standards, and documentation for teams.
- Be proficient with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for mockups and prototypes.
- Provide a portfolio showing shipped product work, problem-solving, and clear design outcomes.
- Have experience collaborating directly with product and engineering teams.
- Have experience iterating based on user feedback.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS is helpful.
Responsibilities
- Define visual and interaction design direction across key product surfaces.
- Build and document design systems, standards, and patterns for consistent implementation.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
- Partner with product and engineering to ship designs.
- Make design decisions with limited information and refine them using user research and feedback.
- Work through technical constraints and support design-to-code handoff.
