- Have 4+ years of experience in Product Design.
- Bring fluency in English and French.
- Have strong communication skills.
- Demonstrate a bias for action, speed, and execution.
- Bring pragmatism and good taste for software.
- Have solid knowledge of SaaS markets and mechanisms.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen.
- Be able to inspire and lead teams.
- Scale-up experience is preferred.
- Sales tech experience is a nice to have.
- High tech literacy is a nice to have.
- Background in Sales, Operations, or Product Management is a nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the market, industry, users, company, product, and product vision.
- Investigate user problems and uncover opportunities.
- Own the delivery process with Product Managers from discovery to launch.
- Identify problems, suggest improvements, and help shape the roadmap.
- Drive product quality, consistency, simplicity, and ease of use.
- Create product design experiences for the sales technology space.
- Work across squads and ship directly to users when appropriate.
- Switch between multiple opportunities and help shape product design, including AI.
