Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 10 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 5 years in capital equipment sales within the semiconductor industry or a related field.
- Experience with semiconductor automated test equipment or a closely related technology environment is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success identifying and securing new business while growing existing customer accounts.
- Ability to develop long-term customer relationships and translate stakeholder needs into commercial opportunities.
- Ability to balance customer requirements with broader business objectives.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven, with strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts independently.
- Ability to understand complex customer requirements and coordinate commercial and technical activities.
- Must be able to carry the minimum required auto liability insurance due to automotive responsibilities.
- Local candidates are required; relocation assistance is not available.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across strategic customer accounts.
- Develop and execute account and sales strategies with internal teams.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand the customer base and installed equipment footprint.
- Advocate for customer needs and coordinate timely responses to issues and requirements.
- Identify opportunities to grow market share and expand semiconductor test solutions in engineering and production environments.
- Oversee tester installations and upgrades, sales coordination, and service and support arrangements.
- Manage forecasting, quoting, order booking, and accurate account information.
- Partner with sales, service, support, and other internal stakeholders on customer activities.
- Develop and support business proposals that communicate value and address customer requirements.
