- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst delivering solutions for Medical Affairs, Clinical, R&D, or closely related functions.
- At least 5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- At least 5 years of experience owning product roadmaps and using KPIs to measure and communicate technology value to scientific or medical stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of product management principles, including product vision, strategy, roadmap development, backlog prioritization, and value delivery in a regulated environment.
- Ability to translate scientific, medical, and business requirements into technical requirements and user stories.
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks governing non-promotional activities and scientific exchange in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of digital technologies supporting Medical Affairs and Evidence Generation, including Medical CRM, insight-gathering platforms, and scientific content dissemination tools.
- Bachelor's or master's degree preferred in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel internationally or domestically up to 20% as required.
Responsibilities
- Own the digital product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritized backlog for Medical Affairs and Evidence Generation platforms, including Medical CRM and scientific exchange tools.
- Translate scientific engagement and evidence-generation needs into requirements, user stories, and actionable priorities.
- Ensure digital products comply with non-promotional regulations, medical integrity standards, and applicable pharmaceutical requirements.
- Drive development of tools and analytics that capture, analyze, and surface global medical insights.
- Own the end-to-end user experience for relevant platforms, aligning solutions with field medical teams' and healthcare professionals' needs.
- Define, monitor, and communicate KPIs for product value, adoption, and impact.
- Provide day-to-day direction, clarification, feedback, and guidance to delivery teams.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary and international teams to resolve ambiguity and continuously improve products and processes.
