Requirements
- Have 6–10 years of experience.
- Have 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow SecOps experience.
- Have experience with Vulnerability Response (VR), Security Incident Response (SIR), and vulnerability management.
- Have experience with JavaScript and Glide API.
- Have experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and ACLs.
- Have experience with Flow Designer and workflows.
- Have experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
- Have experience with IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party security integrations.
- Have end-to-end ServiceNow implementation experience.
- Hold a mandatory CSA certification.
- CIS – Security Operations certification is preferred.
