Requirements
- Have proven experience as a corporate travel agent.
- Have solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes.
- Have advanced skills in GDS Amadeus.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, 24/7 service environment.
- Collaborate effectively in a global, multi-regional operations setup.
- Communicate verbally and in writing in English and Norwegian.
- Handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrate professional customer service and problem-resolution skills.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming requests through channels such as phone and email accurately and efficiently.
- Serve as the primary customer contact and provide active travel consultation, travel details, and related product upselling.
- Use BCD Travel tools and systems to complete customer requests.
- Anticipate potential customer challenges and respond promptly with focused attention to each request.
- Answer team members’ questions and provide direction on policies and procedures.
- Contribute to operational projects and coach travel consultants when the team lead is absent.
- Review operational processes and the commercial relationship with the customer, and suggest improvements.
- Perform quality management, including error management, and assist with assigned projects.
- Meet individual and team goals.
