Requirements
- Speak and write German and English fluently.
- Communicate with a warm, friendly, inviting, and engaging tone of voice.
- Adapt your approach to each customer.
- Bring a flexible approach to different products, customers, and scenarios.
- Work reliably and self-reliantly.
- Have experience in a sales- and service-oriented environment.
- Be able to work shifts, including some Saturdays.
- Attend a two-week full-time induction.
- For remote work, have cabled broadband at home and a suitable private working space; 4G mobile routers are not suitable.
- Prior contact centre experience is not necessary.
Responsibilities
- Talk to customers over the phone and help German customers find suitable products and services.
- Build rapport with customers and listen to their needs.
- Adapt your approach to different customers, products, and scenarios.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services.
- Use the company’s technology, including Google Workspace and other apps.
