Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Have 1 to 3 years of work experience in sales, customer support, or operations.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Be comfortable communicating with international clients and teams.
- Be highly organized and attentive to detail.
- Be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Have an interest in blockchain, crypto, or emerging technologies.
- Basic understanding of blockchain ecosystems, Web3 infrastructure, or digital assets is preferred.
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems is preferred.
- Experience supporting sales teams or working in client-facing roles is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with client communications, meeting scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Serve as a client-facing point of contact for initial inquiries and routine communications.
- Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals for prospective clients.
- Maintain and update CRM records, including leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Research potential clients, protocols, funds, and ecosystem partners.
- Coordinate communication between sales, product, and technical teams to support client onboarding.
