Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Technology, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- At least 2 years of HRIS-related experience.
- Intermediate to advanced expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Experience with SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) modules and/or SAP SuccessFactors talent modules.
- Ability to commute weekly, typically one day per week and sometimes more frequently, to either the New York, NY or Universal City, CA office.
- Ability to work Eastern Time business hours and provide on-call support for critical implementations and go-live events, including evenings or weekends as needed.
- Ability to prepare complex reports and analytics for senior leaders and auditors.
- Strong analytical, critical evaluation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to exercise professional judgment and maintain attention to detail while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and competing priorities against target dates.
Responsibilities
- Process access requests for HR application users, including provisioning and deprovisioning access.
- Research and resolve system and security access issues reported by users.
- Conduct quarterly security audits and user access reviews for compliance with data security policies and SOX requirements.
- Gather and document security access requirements, and partner with IT security on creating and testing security roles.
- Develop and maintain security audit reports or queries using applicable reporting tools.
- Support functional security for recurring HR processes, including Performance Management, Compensation, COI, and Executive Reorgs.
- Gather and document requirements for new applications and enhancements, and translate business requirements into functional design documents.
- Coordinate application releases and serve as a point of contact for HR and IT application matters.
- Provide end-user support and training, and maintain user guidelines and documentation.
- Participate in system implementation projects and support HR process improvements and project security workstreams.
