Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales or BD operations, or a financial analyst role.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboards, including forecasts, pipeline analysis, and data extraction for financial use.
- Experience supporting sales or BD forecasting and financial reporting through data modeling and analytics.
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and multi-source data analysis.
- Experience with NetSuite finance and sales modules or a comparable ERP.
- Experience leading projects, formally or informally, in collaboration with other departments.
- Experience supporting annual budget development and FFP&A forecasting is preferred.
- Experience building executive-level pipeline analysis and dashboards is preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce configuration, including custom fields and report types, to specify requirements to an administrator is preferred.
- Familiarity with BI tools or SQL is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Salesforce pipeline reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for business development and senior leadership.
- Perform financial reporting, data modeling, and variance analysis with Finance and Accounting.
- Extract Salesforce data and validate it for accuracy.
- Support system processes and workflows that help advance opportunities, partnering with the Salesforce administrator on configuration changes.
- Identify and recommend improvements to workflows, automation, and reporting infrastructure.
- Collaborate across departments to address operational needs.
