Job Details

Have experience using desktop and web-based applications.
Have experience in crisis management, child advocacy, content moderation, or a related field or degree.
Be able to communicate sensitive information through email, text, and phone.
Stay focused on the same task for long uninterrupted periods.
Process large amounts of content quickly and accurately.
Have excellent reading comprehension.
Work independently and autonomously in a virtual team environment with minimal supervision.
Work a first- or second-shift schedule, including weekends, on four 10-hour days per week.
Have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a private, dedicated work area.
Be able to work up to ten hours a day looking at a computer screen, reading, and sitting for long periods.
Be able to view sensitive content, including graphic content that may contain nudity, in a private workspace.

Review and analyze K-12 student activity to identify safety or well-being concerns requiring intervention.
Communicate important incident information to designated emergency contacts at school districts.
Respond to customer phone calls and emails about student incidents.
Record and maintain concise incident notes in Salesforce CRM.
Identify trends and use research to inform decision-making.
Collaborate with Operations Analysts on recommendations for decision strategy.
Work with department leadership to develop processes and procedures.
Audit colleagues' decisions for accuracy and efficiency.
