Job Details

Have experience using desktop and web-based applications, including Salesforce, Service Cloud, Slack, and Sling.
Have experience in crisis management, child advocacy, content moderation, or a related field or degree.
Be comfortable communicating sensitive information by email, text, and phone.
Stay focused on repetitive work for long uninterrupted periods and process large amounts of content quickly and accurately.
Have strong reading comprehension for reviewing and analyzing student content.
Work independently in a virtual team environment and reach goals with minimal supervision.
Be able to work a first- or second-shift schedule, including weekends, in four 10-hour days per week.
Be flexible to work extended hours as required by team volume.
Have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a private, dedicated work area.
Be able to view sensitive and potentially graphic content and maintain workspace privacy.
Be able to work up to ten hours a day at a computer, including sustained screen viewing, reading, and sitting.

Review and analyze student activity to identify needs for intervention related to student safety or well-being.
Meet quality and efficiency goals while delivering actionable information to emergency contacts.
Communicate important student incident information to designated emergency contacts at school districts.
Respond to customer calls and emails about student incidents.
Record and maintain concise incident notes in Salesforce CRM.
Identify trends, use research to inform decisions, and collaborate with other Operations Analysts on decision strategies.
Work with department leadership to develop processes and procedures.
Audit colleagues’ decisions for accuracy and efficiency.
