Job Details

Bring senior-level consulting experience with Workday Extend and Orchestrations, including strong knowledge of the Workday ecosystem.
Have experience managing and developing remote or geographically distributed consulting teams.
Demonstrate success overseeing client portfolios and delivering high-quality consulting engagements.
Understand project delivery management, including budgets, timelines, risks, client communication, and quality standards.
Have stakeholder management skills and experience navigating complex client relationships and escalations.
Demonstrate strategic thinking and connect consulting activities with broader business and practice objectives.
Bring a track record of client success, team development, and practice growth.
Have strong coaching and mentoring skills and an interest in developing technical consulting talent.
Collaborate effectively across consulting, integrations, product, and leadership functions.
Be willing and able to travel up to approximately 5% annually.

Own a portfolio of Workday Extend clients and provide strategic oversight across engagements.
Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed team of consultants and architects.
Oversee project budgets, timelines, risks, scope, delivery quality, and client communications.
Build client stakeholder relationships and serve as a senior point of contact for escalations.
Partner with Integrations, Product, and practice leaders to shape the Workday Extend offering.
Guide pre-sales activities, solution positioning, proposal development, and business development initiatives.
Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and improve the value delivered through Extend solutions.
Improve consulting methodologies, tools, processes, delivery standards, and best practices.
