- Have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel within British Columbia.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with non-profit organizations, community groups, Indigenous organizations, municipalities, and other stakeholders.
- Lead distribution of large-volume food donations across British Columbia, coordinating with Food Recovery & Partnerships and Supply Chain & Logistics teams.
- Assess network capacity and identify opportunities to improve recipient readiness for large-volume food donations.
- Expand and strengthen Second Harvest’s network and community impact across the province.
- Represent Second Harvest at presentations and speaking engagements to increase awareness and engagement across British Columbia.
- Visit partners across British Columbia to assess needs, build relationships, and support operational excellence.
- Identify opportunities to grow programs and collaborate on special projects and new initiatives.
- Assess capacity gaps and work cross-functionally to improve food rescue operations.
- Oversee reporting and data collection to support growth and optimization.
