Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree emphasizing Business Management, Project Management, Sales, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of related experience in national or strategic account management, program management, business development, SaaS/software-enabled services, or a comparable role.
- Bilingual in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Ability to learn and understand software platforms, technology-enabled business processes, and complex operational workflows.
- Comfort working with software applications, dashboards, reporting tools, and data to manage account performance and support decisions.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical business stakeholders; advanced programming or software development experience is not required.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and project-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Ability to interact effectively across organizational levels, including executive and C-level stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and take ownership of outcomes in a remote environment.
- Knowledge of home improvement, installed services, retail, or contractor services is an asset.
- Experience in SaaS, technology-enabled services, a marketplace, or a software platform environment is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to increase program performance, revenue, gross margin, partner engagement, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze account performance against key metrics, service-level expectations, and budgeted targets to identify gaps, trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Operations and other internal teams to develop reports, business reviews, and performance communications for partner leadership.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned Retailer, Manufacturer, and National Provider relationships and coordinate resolution of escalated issues.
- Translate partner needs and operational challenges into business requirements and use cases for internal IT and technical teams.
- Investigate platform-related partner concerns by gathering information, documenting issues, and coordinating with technical teams through resolution.
- Monitor platform adoption and use reporting, dashboards, and system-generated data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Manage provider onboarding, including go-live schedules, onboarding progress, system setup, and training.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities for account launches, expansions, system changes, and other strategic initiatives.
- Develop and refine processes that improve automation, scalability, and efficiency, and manage provider field support requests.
