Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in product marketing.
- Have at least 2 years of experience managing product marketing professionals.
- Have experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in security, IT operations, endpoint management, or another technically complex technology environment.
- Demonstrate a track record of owning product launches that contribute to pipeline growth and product adoption.
- Bring technical aptitude to demonstrate products, collaborate with product managers and engineers, and translate technical features into customer messaging.
- Have writing and presentation skills for executive audiences, sales organizations, customers, analysts, and technical stakeholders.
- Have hands-on experience developing and managing competitive intelligence programs and turning market insights into sales outcomes.
- Have direct experience with pricing and packaging strategy, including SKU structures and monetization decisions.
- Combine strategic and analytical thinking with hands-on execution of high-impact programs.
- Be able to influence decisions across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing.
- Pass federal, state, and county background checks and complete a local in-person verification.
Responsibilities
- Own product and company messaging architecture, including narrative hierarchy, personas, proof points, and positioning across web, content, demand generation, and sales channels.
- Translate technical product capabilities, customer needs, and market insights into differentiated customer-ready stories and messaging.
- Partner with Content Marketing on content strategy and maintain buyer personas for core ideal customer profiles.
- Own the product launch framework from tiering and cross-functional kickoff through readiness, enablement, and supporting assets.
- Partner with Product Management on roadmap input, customer and market validation, and launch readiness.
- Lead competitive intelligence, including battlecards, win/loss analysis, competitor tracking, field alerts, and competitive enablement.
- Own pricing and packaging strategy, including SKU structures, tiering, monetization decisions, pricing research, and competitive benchmarking.
- Develop sales and customer success enablement materials, including talk tracks, objection handling, demo scripts, one-pagers, and certifications.
- Support technology alliance and OEM partnership marketing, and curate customer proof points for web, sales, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage, coach, and develop the product marketing team; represent the organization at occasional industry events and travel as needed.
