Requirements
- Have 5+ years of product marketing experience.
- Have 2+ years managing product marketing managers.
- Bring a track record of owning product launches that hit pipeline and adoption targets.
- Have strong technical aptitude, including the ability to demo products and translate technical features into differentiated messaging.
- Be an excellent writer and presenter, credible with executives, sales teams, customers, and analysts.
- Have hands-on experience running competitive intelligence programs and turning them into sales wins.
- Have direct experience with pricing and packaging decisions, including SKU strategy and monetization of new products.
- B2B SaaS security, IT operations, or endpoint management experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the company and product messaging architecture, including narrative hierarchy, proof points, and personas.
- Translate technical product requirements and market knowledge into customer-ready stories, and test messaging with customers, sales, and analysts.
- Guide content strategy with Content Marketing and maintain buyer personas for the core ideal customer profile.
- Own the end-to-end launch framework, including tiering, cross-functional kickoff, enablement, and assets.
- Partner with Product Management on roadmap input, customer and market validation, and launch readiness.
- Run the competitive intelligence program, including battlecards, win/loss analysis, competitor tracking, field alerts, and competitive enablement.
- Own pricing and packaging strategy, including SKU structure, tiering, monetization decisions, research, and competitive price benchmarking.
- Deliver enablement materials and certification for Sales and Customer Success, and support technology alliance and OEM partnership marketing.
- Manage and coach the PMM team and set its strategy, priorities, and operating processes.
