Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- Communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support growth attainment.
- Assist with challenging client requests and issue escalations.
- Support administrative and operational tasks, including data entry, updating internal systems, and managing schedules.
