Have 8+ years of client relationship management experience in private banking, family offices, wealth management, crypto, or fintech.
Bring strong product knowledge.
Have 5+ years of team leadership experience and a record of coaching and developing junior talent.
Experience in both crypto and traditional financial institutions is a strong plus.
Demonstrate client management skills, including building and maintaining high-value relationships, structured client profiling, and designing client engagement activities.
Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Be fluent in English and Mandarin.
Be resilient under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Have a genuine passion for crypto/fintech.

Serve as the senior relationship owner and primary point of contact for a portfolio of global institutional/VIP clients, engaging C-suite and senior decision-makers.
Build long-term partnerships and identify growth and cross-selling opportunities across the product suite.
Deepen strategic relationships with existing clients through sustained engagement and understanding of their needs and objectives.
Design and optimize client service processes and systems, set management standards, and oversee key account health and performance.
Analyze client behavior to uncover needs, produce client analysis reports, and collaborate across functions to deliver client solutions.
Lead the client manager team, set performance and service standards, and coach and develop junior team members.
Represent key client perspectives internally and contribute insights to product strategy and business planning.
