Requirements

- Bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Be comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information systems, analytics, or a related field is preferred.
- Have the ability to understand complex information and explain it clearly.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be organized and able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Be comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Be able to collaborate through email, messaging platforms, and video meetings.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities
- Work with team members and stakeholders to understand business needs, goals, and challenges.
- Gather, review, and analyze business requirements, processes, and data.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Document business requirements, workflows, processes, and recommendations.
- Analyze information to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable recommendations.
- Work with different teams to help develop and implement practical solutions.
- Create reports, summaries, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Track projects, requirements, action items, and follow-ups.
- Investigate issues to understand root causes and help ensure solutions meet business requirements.
