Requirements
- BA/BS degree.
- Experience as a K-12 educator.
- At least 5 years of experience delivering professional development in K-12 settings.
- Experience as a school or district administrator, or extensive experience delivering professional development to those audiences.
- Experience leading a district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption.
- Ability to interpret data and develop plans that support implementation.
- Presentation skills and comfort presenting to teachers and administrators.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently from start to finish.
- Willingness to travel 40%–60% locally, with occasional overnight travel.
Responsibilities
- Support large, complex districts with their IXL implementation.
- Partner with district leaders to create and implement professional development plans aligned with district goals and initiatives.
- Build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers to support consistent implementation.
- Travel within the Greater Los Angeles Area to deliver professional development, meet with leaders, visit classrooms, and provide hands-on implementation support.
- Partner with Sales to manage and grow customer relationships, support district pilots, and assist with pre-sales opportunities.
- Deliver live and virtual professional development sessions.
- Analyze data to inform decisions and strategize next steps.
