Requirements

  • Hold a BA/BS degree.
  • Have experience as a K-12 educator.
  • Have 5+ years of experience delivering professional development in K-12 settings.
  • Have experience as a school or district administrator, or extensive experience delivering professional development to these audiences.
  • Have experience leading a district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption.
  • Be able to interpret data and develop plans that drive implementation.
  • Have presentation skills and be comfortable presenting to teachers and administrators.
  • Be organized, methodical, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Support large, complex districts with their IXL implementation.
  • Create and implement professional development plans aligned with district goals and initiatives.
  • Build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers to support consistent implementation.
  • Travel within Ohio to deliver professional development, meet with district and school leaders, visit classrooms, and provide hands-on implementation support.
  • Partner with Sales to manage and grow customer relationships, including supporting district pilots and pre-sales opportunities.
  • Deliver live and virtual professional development sessions.
  • Analyze data to guide decisions and plan next steps.
