Requirements
- Hold a BA/BS degree.
- Have experience as a K-12 educator.
- Have 5+ years of experience delivering professional development in K-12 settings.
- Have experience as a school or district administrator, or extensive experience delivering professional development to these audiences.
- Have experience leading a district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption.
- Be able to interpret data and develop plans to support implementation.
- Have presentation skills and be comfortable presenting to teachers and administrators.
- Be organized, methodical, and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks from start to finish.
- Be able to travel 40%–60% locally, with occasional overnight travel.
Responsibilities
- Support large, complex districts as an IXL implementation expert.
- Partner with district leaders in the Greater Los Angeles Area to create and implement professional development plans aligned with district goals and initiatives.
- Build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers to support consistent implementation.
- Travel locally to deliver professional development, meet with district and school leaders, visit classrooms, and provide hands-on implementation support.
- Partner with the Sales team to manage and grow customer relationships, including supporting district pilots and pre-sales opportunities.
- Deliver live and virtual professional development sessions.
- Analyze data to guide decision-making and plan next steps.
