Requirements
- Hold a BA/BS degree.
- Have experience as a K-12 educator.
- Have 5+ years of experience delivering professional development in K-12 settings.
- Have experience as a school or district administrator, or extensive experience delivering professional development to those audiences.
- Have experience leading a district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption.
- Be able to interpret data and develop plans to support implementation.
- Have presentation skills and comfort presenting to teachers and administrators.
- Be organized and detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks.
- Be able to travel within Ohio; the role involves 40%–60% travel.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an IXL implementation expert for large, complex districts.
- Partner with Ohio district leaders to create and implement professional development plans aligned with district goals and initiatives.
- Build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers to support consistent implementation.
- Travel within Ohio to deliver professional development, meet with district and school leaders, visit classrooms, and provide hands-on implementation support.
- Partner with the Sales team to manage and grow customer relationships, including district pilots and pre-sales opportunities.
- Deliver live and virtual professional development sessions.
- Analyze data to guide decisions and plan next steps.
