Job Details

Have 5 or more years of experience building, shipping, and maintaining scalable web applications and backend services.
Have experience leading and owning end-to-end projects with significant web application backend deliverables.
Have experience building commercial-grade web applications with modern, open-source, cloud technologies.
Bring expertise in API design and writing data persistence layers.
Have experience with iterative agile delivery of applications and CI/CD.
Write highly maintainable code.
Have experience mentoring, developing, and overseeing the work of less experienced engineers.
Maintain consistent access to a private work environment with high-speed internet.
Have professionally appropriate surroundings for frequent video conferencing and a workstation setup conducive to remote work.

Architect, implement, test, and maintain critical product features using modern open-source technologies.
Collaborate with product managers, physicians, nurse practitioners, and other staff to define and build solutions for patient care.
Work across web interfaces, datastores, and cloud infrastructure to solve problems and complete projects.
Lead and own end-to-end projects with significant web application backend deliverables.
Mentor, develop, and oversee the work of less experienced engineers.
Deliver value to users reliably, repeatedly, and transparently.
Simplify decisions, technology, and processes through Lean Startup behaviors.
Uphold engineering standards and improve consistency across codebases and processes.
