Requirements
- Have an interest in workflow automation, systems configuration, or operational tooling.
- Be familiar with automation platforms such as N8N or similar workflow tools.
- Bring an analytical mindset and attention to detail in system setup and monitoring.
- Be able to document processes clearly.
- Be able to communicate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Have experience supporting or working with third-party vendors; preferred.
- Be a proactive problem-solver focused on continuous improvement.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proactively incorporate AI tools into day-to-day work to improve productivity and accelerate delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support the migration of manual workflows into automated processes using internal tooling and platforms such as N8N.
- Translate editorial and client brief requirements into scalable system configurations.
- Configure and maintain automation workflows for content acquisition, validation, tagging, summarization, and delivery.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures for automated workflows.
- Monitor and troubleshoot workflow automation, data quality, and system performance issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement and maintain client requirements.
- Maintain documentation of client configurations and communicate updates across teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, scalability, and accuracy.
- Support vendor-related processes, including service evaluation, communication, and invoice reconciliation.
