Requirements

  • Lead technology strategy and product delivery for enterprise Payroll and Workforce Management.
  • Provide technology stewardship for Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and UKG platforms.
  • Partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, and operational leaders on product priorities and outcomes.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams spanning functional, technical, integration, data, architecture, cybersecurity, change, and operational expertise.
  • Establish product governance and delivery practices with appropriate controls for payroll and workforce-management processes.
  • Oversee testing, release readiness, change management, production support, and business continuity.
  • Coordinate technology across Oracle HCM, Payroll, UKG, Finance, identity and access, integrations, reporting, and enterprise data platforms.
  • Maintain accountability for platform reliability, service performance, security, technical health, and financial stewardship.
  • Build and develop capabilities in Oracle Payroll, UKG, product management, integration, testing, automation, data, and production support.
  • Guide platform-first adoption of AI, automation, analytics, workflow, and agent-based capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Define product strategies, roadmaps, priorities, and measurable outcomes for Payroll and Workforce Management with business leaders.
  • Steward Oracle Fusion Payroll and UKG platforms, evaluating their capabilities before introducing additional technologies or custom solutions.
  • Co-lead multidisciplinary product teams and establish accountability across product management, delivery, platform ownership, business processes, and support.
  • Manage technology capacity, product governance, and delivery practices across persistent product teams.
  • Lead delivery of platform capabilities, releases, integrations, optimization, regulatory changes, and production support.
  • Maintain testing, release readiness, change management, issue resolution, production support, and business continuity controls.
  • Coordinate end-to-end work across Oracle HCM, Payroll, UKG, Finance, identity and access, integrations, reporting, and enterprise data platforms.
  • Track platform reliability, service performance, security, delivery quality, adoption, user experience, and business outcomes.
  • Build, coach, and develop technology capabilities and team members supporting Payroll and Workforce Management.
  • Advance responsible AI, automation, analytics, and workflow capabilities while identifying opportunities to simplify processes and reduce technical debt.
