Requirements
- Have 8+ years of experience in product management and a track record of owning complex engagements end-to-end.
- Bring strong automotive product and interface experience; experience taking at least one automotive product through launch is strongly preferred.
- Have a working understanding of OEM and Tier-1 program environments.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of agile product delivery.
- Have hands-on experience creating epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and process documentation detailed enough for engineering and design teams.
- Bring working knowledge of CMS platforms, platform architecture, API documentation, and integration planning.
- Have experience conducting competitive and market analysis and user research and translating findings into product requirements.
- Be fluent with AI tools for research, prototyping, documentation, requirements analysis, and workflow management, with sound judgment about human review.
- Have experience mentoring junior professionals and contributing to technical scoping in new business contexts.
- Work effectively across product, design, engineering, and research disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical and product discovery across automotive engagements, identifying user needs, business requirements, platform constraints, integration considerations, and sequencing priorities.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis and user research, translating findings into actionable, buildable requirements.
- Develop and maintain client-facing product roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives, technical feasibility, OEM program timelines, and long-term product vision.
- Own backlog prioritization and scope trade-offs with clients, partners, and engineering leads.
- Define release criteria, quality benchmarks, and post-launch feedback mechanisms.
- Own end-to-end product delivery, creating product documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and design teams.
- Lead sprint ceremonies and coordinate collaboration across engineering, design, research, clients, and external partners.
- Serve as the primary product contact for OEM and Tier-1 external partners, managing communication, expectations, progress, and trade-offs.
- Identify and implement process improvements, including AI-assisted workflows, and advise clients on AI-enabled delivery practices.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute product expertise to business development and technical scoping.
