Job Details

Have a bachelor’s degree in curriculum design, education, or instructional design with a focus on learning, or a relevant combination of education and experience.
Be proficient with PowerPoint, Word, Articulate, and Creative Cloud.
Have graphic design and digital audio production skills.
Understand adult learning theories and best practices in facilitation, training, and blended learning.
Be familiar with online, instructor-led, and e-learning software applications.
Have technical writing and documentation skills.
Be able to oversee the training cycle, including needs assessment, planning, development, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation.
Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Work independently in a remote setting and facilitate discussions to clarify learning needs.
Have consulting, communication, stakeholder engagement, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Familiarity with Cognota is advantageous.

Design and produce materials, programs, curricula, and course content for online training, classroom learning, and self-directed learning.
Use authoring tools and video editing software to create instructor-led training content and microlearning modules.
Develop content for virtual and in-person classrooms based on provided materials, concepts, and stakeholder feedback.
Create courses, games, videos, and quizzes for learners with varying learning styles and expertise levels.
Apply Agile, ADDIE, and Dick & Carey models to guide content development.
Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess training needs and develop materials.
Develop storyboards, templates, master files, instructor manuals, rubrics, and facilitator support tools.
Support the Learning Management System for internal training and client needs.
Deliver materials on time, within budget, and in line with the training roadmap.
