Requirements
- Understand adult learning principles (andragogy) and how to apply them to professional training.
- Have strong presentation design skills in PowerPoint or a similar tool.
- Apply visual layout and accessibility standards.
- Have hands-on experience integrating Claude and Microsoft Copilot into an instructional design workflow.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, critical thinking, and sound judgment when evaluating content quality.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Work autonomously, follow established guidelines, and execute independently.
- Have clear, professional written communication skills in English.
- Corporate learning and development or higher education instructional design experience is desired.
- Experience designing skills-based or competency-based corporate training is desired.
Responsibilities
- Format and update presentation materials to match Bundle's design templates.
- Build learner-specific versions of existing training materials using clear guidelines.
- Make light content edits and regular updates across existing learning assets.
- Review materials for design, formatting, and consistency against Bundle's Lesson Plans.
- Apply adult learning principles to keep content clear, actionable, and engaging.
- Use Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and other modern AI tools to support instructional design work.
- Manage files, resources, and documentation using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
