Requirements
- Have 2–3+ years of experience in a dedicated multimedia, creative design, or agency role.
- Submit a comprehensive digital portfolio showing static graphic design, including branding, print, and marketing collateral.
- Include advanced Microsoft PowerPoint presentation design in the portfolio.
- Include video editing and motion graphics samples in the portfolio.
- Demonstrate expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
- Have advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and digital audio workstations (DAWs) or audio editing tools.
- Demonstrate advanced mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Have a foundational understanding of video shooting setups, lighting, and professional audio recording.
- Be available to work full-time hours, 40 hours per week, aligned with the US Pacific Time Zone.
- Be adaptable in fast-paced environments, receptive to creative feedback, proactive, and collaborative.
Responsibilities
- Design print and digital marketing collateral, brand assets, and custom Microsoft PowerPoint presentations with templates, layouts, and animations.
- Edit video end to end, including color grading, basic motion graphics, and animations for social platforms, digital media, and live events.
- Edit, clean, and mix voiceovers, soundtrack audio, and sound effects for video projects and live event media.
- Design staging visuals and build run-of-show multimedia assets for live leadership events.
- Assist with basic scripting and storyboarding for live events.
- Maintain brand consistency across visual touchpoints.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver creative briefs on deadline.
