Requirements
- Have at least 6 months of motion design experience.
- Have experience creating marketing materials.
- Understand animation principles and graphic design fundamentals.
- Use After Effects confidently.
- Be proficient with AI tools.
- Be proficient with plugins and tools that optimize and improve work.
- Understand performance marketing.
- Advertising-material experience is a plus.
- Interest in advertising and consumer psychology is a plus.
- English at B1+ is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Create video creatives to promote the product on TikTok, Meta, Google, and Snapchat.
- Iterate on existing ideas and concepts.
- Adapt existing creatives to required formats and extensions.
- Localize creatives into different languages.
- Generate AI materials.
- Generate and implement new creative ideas to support team goals.
