Requirements
- Have 5+ years of hands-on experience in a QA role, with a strong focus on automation, tooling, and process oversight.
- Write and maintain automated test suites covering sanity, boundary, negative, concurrency, and compatibility scenarios.
- Have extensive experience with a programming language such as Python, TypeScript, or Java.
- Have a strong technical background in Unix/Linux command-line environments for log analysis and backend debugging.
- Be proficient with SQL for database querying and data validation.
- Have hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
- AI testing tools, prompt engineering for test-case generation, LLM output evaluation, or generative AI experience is a nice to have.
- Bash or Python scripting proficiency is a nice to have.
- Experience with observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or Elasticsearch is a nice to have.
- Knowledge of artifact management solutions such as Nexus or ECR is a nice to have.
- Familiarity with code validation and linting tools such as Sonar is a nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Implement the AI-based QA process for Falcon in collaboration with engineers and production operations.
- Develop and maintain automated test cases for the Falcon platform.
- Partner with engineering and production operations to support releases.
- Assist with release processes and documentation.
- Help maintain Falcon test environments and integrations in partnership with engineering.
