Requirements
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or a related field.
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for sports and knowledge of sports training techniques and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to develop eLearning content for sports training programs.
- Coordinate and manage production of video tutorials, interactive modules, and assessments.
- Ensure eLearning content is engaging, informative, and meets client needs.
- Use eLearning tools and technologies to create interactive learning experiences.
- Develop and maintain training schedules and timelines for timely content delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate eLearning program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Stay current with eLearning and training development trends and best practices.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to clients using the eLearning platform.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote eLearning programs.
