- Develop and maintain philanthropy revenue forecasts, pipeline projections, and fundraising performance models.
- Coordinate grant budget development and philanthropic financial planning with Finance.
- Administer philanthropy CRM systems and maintain data integrity, fundraising records, and pipeline processes.
- Develop dashboards, reporting systems, performance metrics, operational procedures, workflows, and documentation.
- Research foundations, corporations, family offices, donor-advised funds, and individual giving prospects.
- Identify, qualify, and prioritize funding opportunities; build prospect pipelines aligned with strategic priorities.
- Develop prospect profiles, briefing materials, relationship maps, and funder intelligence reports.
- Analyze fundraising performance, pipeline health, portfolio trends, and risks; recommend priorities based on the data.
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership, executive audiences, and board reporting.
