- Manage vehicle, equipment, OEM, and dealer related workflows across Voucher Incentive Programs, including additions, removals, deactivations, eligibility updates, and dealer affiliations.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for original equipment manufacturers and participating dealers regarding program processes, documentation, and system updates.
- Review and track vehicle and equipment approval or eligibility documentation, ensuring accuracy across Salesforce, websites, and internal tracking systems.
- Lead projects to standardize, streamline, and document recurring OEM and equipment workflows, such as approval letter intake and year-end vehicle deactivation.
- Maintain and analyze vehicle, equipment, and dealer data to identify trends, monitor workflow status, and prepare reports for program leadership.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, process maps, and training materials to improve efficiency and consistency across programs.
- Partner with the Dealer Training & Engagement Team to translate policy and system changes into clear guidance and training resources for dealers and OEM representatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and government agency partners to ensure coordinated implementation of program changes.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve data quality through automation and enhanced use of platforms like Salesforce and Monday.com.
