Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent and a relevant formal academic or vocational qualification.
- Have experience comparable to 7+ years, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Bring extensive knowledge and experience in project management.
- Have previous project manager experience in a central laboratory or clinical research environment; this is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrate strong science and/or business acumen.
- Have strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Bring strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate analytical skills and compliance with procedures and policies.
- Be able to manage multiple tasks effectively under stress and work effectively with multi-level teams.
- Be able to use and learn standard office equipment and technology proficiently.
- Be able to travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Implement training programs for central lab workflows, systems, and SOPs.
- Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning content.
- Manage training curricula and compliance.
- Ensure training aligns with GxP, clinical, and quality requirements.
- Track and report training metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with SMEs, QA, and Operations to support global training initiatives.
