Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong clinical background.
- 8-10+ years in medical education, clinical training, or related roles within MedTech or healthcare.
- Experience designing global training programs.
- Experience engaging key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Deep understanding of cardiovascular therapies and interventional procedures.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Cath Lab and/or Interventional Cardiology experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver foundational product and therapy education for global sales teams.
- Provide clinical and product education to support global launch readiness, partnering with regional enablement teams on localization.
- Create non-promotional, clinically focused education programs for physicians and allied professionals in compliance with regulatory requirements and codes.
- Partner with regional training leads to coordinate localized delivery of external education.
- Build and maintain relationships with global KOLs for peer-to-peer education, advisory boards, and proctoring programs.
- Define standardized global curricula aligned with product IFUs, regulatory requirements, and clinical best practices.
- Lead development of on-demand learning solutions, including train-the-trainer programs, virtual simulations, and modular e-learning.
- Establish and support governance and SOPs for global training programs, using learner feedback and performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Monitor program effectiveness through competency assessments, adoption metrics, and compliance audits.
- Manage budgets and forecasts, develop talent, and build succession plans across the Global Training & Education network.
