Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or better in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a related area; a combination of education and technical experience is also acceptable.
- 5+ years of project management experience focused on technology consulting or professional services.
- Working knowledge and experience with Salesforce or MuleSoft platforms and products; Salesforce certification is highly desired.
- Experience with agile approaches to project management.
- Understanding of SDLC methodologies and a discover, design, execute, and deploy project structure.
- Experience working with stakeholders and end users to understand business problems and identify solutions.
- Ability to lead projects from start to completion and manage multiple projects at different stages.
- Ability to develop and implement defined processes and procedures for operations and project management.
- Ability to drive service delivery, build relationships, develop delivery strategy, and execute against it.
- Ability to navigate business initiatives, persuade and negotiate, and establish long-range objectives and strategies.
- Organized, metrics-driven problem solver able to work effectively in a complex environment.
- Ability to work remotely from a United States-based location and work with global clients across multiple time zones.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally to client sites and Studio Science headquarters in Indianapolis, IN.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans, budget, scope and timeline reports, and issue and risk logs.
- Develop project strategies and plans with project and delivery leaders, and identify appropriate methods and tools.
- Forecast project resources and communicate resourcing needs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project budgets and work with clients and project teams to resolve variances.
- Manage day-to-day project and team operations to meet deliverables and complete projects.
- Identify and implement processes that support project management best practices and follow internal reporting procedures.
- Manage scope changes by coordinating and responding to requests that vary from original specifications.
- Ensure deliverable quality through planning, execution, quality assurance, and quality control.
- Coach and mentor teams in agile best practices when appropriate.
- Manage client relationships and expectations, identify growth opportunities, and comply with applicable industry and client standards and regulations.
